1. The temperature of the transformer rises abnormally

Abnormal operation of dry-type transformers is mainly manifested in temperature and noise.

If the temperature is abnormally high, the specific handling measures and steps are as follows:

1. Check whether the thermostat and thermometer are faulty;

2. Check whether the hair dryer device and indoor ventilation are normal;

3. Check the load condition of the transformer and the insertion condition of the thermostat probe, and troubleshoot the thermostat and hair dryer device. Under normal load conditions, if the temperature continues to rise, it should be confirmed that there is an internal fault in the transformer and the operation should be stopped for maintenance.

Reasons for abnormal temperature rise include:

1. There is a short circuit between local layers or turns of the transformer winding, loose internal contacts, increased contact resistance, short circuit on the secondary line, etc.;

2. The transformer core is partially short-circuited and the insulation of the core screws used to clamp the core is damaged;
